West Tower Liverpool is another impressive development in the heart of Liverpool city centre. The West Tower stands in all its glory 459ft at the top of the highest spire, and with 40 floors this is the tallest building in Liverpool’s iconic skyline. Others buildings try to claim the distinction of being the highest building in Liverpool with the addition of antennas but in our opinion this does not count.
From West Tower Liverpool the views take in all of the city and stretch across The Mersey, the Wirral and out as far afield as Blackpool. Developers The Beetham Organisation were so impressed with the development that they took claim to the first 5 floors of the new complex and now have their headquarters based there. The 34th floor houses the highest restaurant in Britain suitably named The Panoramic. The restaurant has a completely glass perimeter, defining the name, with fantastic views for all that dine there. 127 apartments and penthouses are dispersed over the other floors.
Energy management company, SW Energy are pleased to be working with The Beetham Organisation on the developments current energy usage. With the resources and experience of SW Energy, positive progression is inevitable.
