The Ontario Tower London is a magnificent High-rise development in the ever popular Docklands. Constructed by Ballymore, there are 226 luxury executive apartments. The 29 storeys stand an impressive 104 meters tall, which at the time of its completion in the autumn of 2007 was the tallest in London, only to be topped by another Ballymore construction The Pan Peninsula, which is not far away. Because of the Ontario Tower proximity to the Radisson Edwardian Hotel residents are able to use certain facilities of the hotel. The gym and spa although situated in Ontario Tower, belong to the hotel.
Ontario Tower London is surrounded by a neon blue halo, which makes it stand out in the night skyline of London. In May of 2013 the UK District Heating Association published the resounding success of the district heating system which was installed and trialled by over 14 companies. The district heating system of the Ontario Tower London complex is managed by SW Energy. Savings at high as 50% were recorded during the trial, which will now be passed on to end users.
