SW Energy Complaints Procedure

If a customer wishes to raise a formal complaint with SW Energy please see the following steps:

1)    Please write to the Complaints Manager including as much information as you can to help us resolve the situation for you.

2)    Post your letter to the following address:

3)    You will receive an acknowledgement letter within 7 days of SW Energy receiving your letter.

4)    You will receive a full response from SW Energy within 28 days of receiving your letter.
