Prior to SW Energy being appointed the energy billing service provider for One Park West, the following issues were being experienced.

  • Billing was processed longhand
  • There was no meter commissioning
  • There was no direct debit ability
  • Tenancy schedules were incomplete
  • Mbus data was corrupted and not validated
  • Credit balance account required re-working
  • 3 days a month used for Staff producing billing and resolving problems
  • There was insufficient collected funds to pay gas

SW Energy, the energy management company of choice, were selected as we demonstrated our ability to perform a quality and reliable service for billing by use of our dedicated Sage 200 CRM (Customer Relations Management) system. The system automatically generates bills that are created for actual usage.

All billing issues were successfully resolved and two years on from SW Energy being appointed, the scheme is running smoothly, bills are issued monthly and debt levels controlled.
