The following link provides a copy of our Direct Debit Mandate form. At present we are only able to accept paper or scanned copies which include a handwritten signature on the DD Mandate form, however see the What’s New section for updates on this.
Please ensure when completing the direct debit mandate form that you include your customer account number (its on the top right of your bill) in the “Reference” box.
Our customer satisfaction survey is also now available. You can access it via the customer zone main menu at the top of the page or by clicking on the following link.
We are also busy working on our website to provide some additional features. There will be a new customer portal that will allow our customers to see some key account data, use debit/credit cards to pay their bills and sign up for a direct debit arrangement without needing to use a paper form.
